And this one!

I'm glad we didn't see that guy while we were kayaking together.  You may have had an accident and have been pushed fallen overboard.  While he ate you up, it would have given me plenty of time to get away, and I would have kayaked back to shore and said nice things about you.

You're welcome.

I don't believe that for a second Arlene.  You can ride in my boat any time.

Is it that you don't believe I would push you out or that I would say nice things about you? :2funny:  :2funny:  :2funny:

Well, first off, you were sitting in front of me and it would flip the kayak if you tried to throw me out and we'd bump heads with Mustard Devil..

Not exactly a critter, but the Devil's Walking stick today at Lake Charlotte, north of Anahuac.

May the power of Christ compel you (not to grab those again). :)

It happened the first time in GBP about 4 years ago when I was crossing a stream on a log and almost lost my balance.  It happened the second time behind the Baytown Community Center going after one of HC's evil hides and again I was balanced on a log and almost slipped off.  This time I was crossing a log also.  There's no fooling going on on my part.

Saw this guy last night under 8 - 10 inches of water. Very cool orange markings. While I was hovered over him watching, he raised his head out of the water and got some air, then went back down. I think he said hello, but I don't speak snake, so he may have been cussing me for interrupting his evening. I'm not really sure.

Saw a turtle laying eggs on our new golf series while placing caches a few weeks ago.

Yesterday in Pundt Park.  There were two of them and Lola tried to do the tango with them.

This one was at LHWP yesterday, it thought it wanted to use the same trail my wife, daughter, geopup, and myself were using while caching, wrong! Don't intend to offend anyone, but if at all possible, any Copperhead that I see is probably going to meet his demise.
