Congrats ATMA. I enjoy seeing your caches pop up. Lately they have been close to me and I get a chance for a FTF.

Yes, congrats to PappysPosse on a great #300 find, and to mtp for finding the trophy yet another time.  I knew you wouldn't wait for long.  Congrats to you both.

mtp is a FTF trophy addict.  Poor thing just can't control himself.

Would love to see the trophy make its way back to the Clear Lake area again.

I looked briefly at that cache when it popped up.  But then I saw I was going to have to drive to Tomball... :-\

I find myself saying that about Baytown/Clear Lake/League City/Alvin/Sugarland....so on and so forth, I used to go no matter what, now I am very choosy.

Muddy Buddies are approaching 2K!

We stopped a couple short because we were caching apart today and wanted to wait and do the big one together.  I don't know whether we will necessarily care which one we do for the big one, but we do want to do it together.

We've ordered some ammo cans, so maybe we can get some caches out there in a bit.  We really can't take credit for the Yo-Yo.  We borrowed the idea with permission from BizzyB and SpairTire from the Beaumont area.

Since I'm working during the day now both for pay and volunteer work with the Girl Scouts, I've been so busy.  I'm on the Council Cookie Committee and it's cookie time and I also am doing contract work in geophysics again.  Stan and I really wanted to do the 2000th one together.  This morning we were sitting at 1998.  We got up early this this morning because I was committed to working a mega trailer drop delivery of cookies at Sam Houston Raceway.  We had many troops coming to pick up their troop's cookies and had about 34000 cases.  Whatever I do, Stan usually gets talked into coming and helping, and he's usually willing to come help out and spend time with me.  He came along and we worked from 7:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.  On the way, we stopped at a cache to get a FTF.  We wanted to go after 2 FTFs but only had time for 1.  We proceeded to work and then afterwards we were so tired.  Every muscle of our bodies hurt.  We went ahead and picked out a cache to be our 2000th cache that was not too far from the Raceway.  We went after that and then picked up 2 more after that one.  We both agreed that we hurt too much to do any more today and will save the rest for tomorrow.  It's pretty bad when 400' to a cache seems like a long way to walk, but today it was.

Yes, a huge congrats, and by the way, I was very happy and honored to hear you wanted to do my most recent trophy cache for your #2000.  Thanks for thinking of me O0 , you guys are untouchable.  Good Job.

When we first started geocaching, Team Troglodyte was so far ahead of everyone.  We figured that we would never catch up with them.  This morning, we finally did.  We went one ahead of them, even if it's only for a day.  Now we just have to catch up with Pepper.  Don't know if that's possible or not, but it's now a new goal.  We've got to do a lot of caching to catch up and she's got to slow down a bit.  Maybe gsguru8306 can keep her laughing and talking instead of looking for caches.  >:D    We used to have a friendly rivalry with geowyz and Dreamcachers, but geowyz got distracted being the superstar on terracaching and the Dreamcachers are having too much fun being world travellers.

Congratulations, Muddy Buddies, on reaching and passing 2000 finds. Can't wait to go after some of those ammo cans you'll be planting!

I'm game.  I have some ideas, to give him a taste of his own medicine.  I'm sure mtp would want some payback, too!

CE is at 945 so we probably have a few weeks to work this out.
