As a kid, I was at the Buffalo Central Terminal.  It was after it closed but hadn't been locked down yet.    It was a truly beautiful building!  I have no idea why we were there but it was the kind of thing my Dad would stop and do when we were traveling.  He would have made a great geocacher!

I love abandoned buildings! But that's just the photographer in me. I rarely run across abandoned urban structures that I feel comfortable going into (or can even get into) but I love driving the country roads and finding abandoned gems like these:
