We used one in Lampasas County yesterday to replace a damaged container. Has anyone else deployed one away from Houston?

At the Four cache loop event, I gave Nov64 fifty Berty tubes and if I have my algebra straight, that makes 1000 tubes released into the wild.

Couple people in Lufkin asking what they are and where they come from. I pointed them toward Sock Puppet. :-)

I gave one to my brother in Holland, he's gonna put a cache out with it there.
Unfortunately I didn't have enough space in my backpack, otherwise I might have tried to put one out in Nepal.

It appears the future procurement of Berty Tubes has finally come to an end.  Enjoy the ones you have and we'll sit around a campfire one day and reminisce!  The best I can figure, well over 1000 tubes were dispersed in the last 6 months.

I'm sorry to hear about the end of the Berty Tube era.  They made some mighty fine cache containers.

I've been saving up lids to bring to an event to share.  I guess they aren't needed anymore.

Now what can I do with the thousand caps that I have.  And what about my HONEY HOLE caches that I just placed.

And what about the $110.00 I've made on the Berty tube caps.
