Please explain who this is and what their responsibilities are.  Grandpa10 and I are fairly new to Geocaching and I noticed newly placed caches are always reviewed.  thanks...

All caches are reviewed. He reviews all caches in Texas unless he is unavailable. He lives in the Dallas area. it is a volunteer position. There used to be two reviewers.

A volunteer will review each submitted cache to see that it conforms to geocaching.com guidelines.

Prime Reviewer handles most of the Texas area.

Some of the guidelines can be found here:  http://www.geocachin...guidelines.aspx

There is another reviewer called West Texas Reviewer, but PR is our guy for around here.  He's been getting some help recently from other out-of-state reviewers for disabling and archiving abandoned and missing caches.
