If you have some photographic skill, plan on going to the Texas Challenge and NOT be a part of the hunting team, we need your help.

Since this year's event is officially a MegaEvent, we are looking for someone to act as the OFFICIAL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER.   We are requesting you to take pictures of all of the activities including the race, regional team photos, awards, travel bug exchange, raffle, camp kidde cacher, dinner, etc.  Basically everything that happens during the weekend in Port Aransas.

We especially need you to plan and prepare for a way to take the big MEGA EVENT PHOTO of ALL ATTENDEES.  This will require a ladder or some other way to gain elevation so that we can see everyone.  We promise a special reward and recognition for the individual(s) who can handle this important assignment.  This is an essential job and we need it to be handled efficiently.

Please email, Texas Dreamweaver at   gfoster@texasgeocaching.com  as soon as possible so that we know that we will have coverage on the web and in publications like FTF Geocacher Magazine.  BTW, you will need to use your own camera.

What was in that Baytown water in the 60's. Was Bert's nickname "Squints"?

About ten months ago, I was contacted via Facebook by a lady in San Antonio and hired to cover this event.  Otherwise I would have passed to go to the big event down south.  My HS reunion is in 1970.
