Diane sent an e-mail went out to several people but I not sure if everyone who is competing the the SETX Team has seen the e-mail.  I need to order the shirts soon so I need everyone's order in by tomorrow afternoon.

The shirts are not as set prices but go down with every shirt ordered.  Currently, the cost is $8.00 per shirt but can be less depending on how many more are ordered.

You can sign up to order at this link:  (Click on the link and choose your size and enter your name and e-mail)

http://www.customink...signup/2mstnea5

These shirts do not have a year so you can wear them more than one year.

Tomorrow afternoon, I will post total cost and will be able to take payments to my paypal.com account.  I will send directions to all who have signed up to get a shirt (or two or three).  The sizes are adult small to 4xL and we know everyone will be seen and know we are a team in theses shirts (or wearing the hot pink bandana).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Kim,

Thanks so much for doing this. I will be ordering extra so we will have some for sale at the event for those who wish to purchase and didn't get in by deadline. We also have that generous donation that I think I will try to spend also!

We are going to be a stylin' team!

The shirts are going to be $7.10 each.

I will be working on sending e-mails out this evening with totals and how to get payment to me.  I originally had thought the payments could be sent with out a fee but it looks like they have fixed it so depending on how you pay, you may owe a fee.  Since I am not technically selling these, I would be asking you to send your payment by marking that you are sending to a friend or family member - you would have to pay a fee if you pay by credit or debit card.  If you have an account or it pulls from your bank account then no fee.

The e-mail address for my paypal account is chef_kimmo@yahoo.com (there is an _ underscore between the chef and kimmo) for those of you who want to pay by Paypal before I can send an e-mail.

I am willing to meet people at 1) near my work which is near 45 and Beltway 8, 2) near my home which is south of 290 and Hwy 6, 3) if you are going to LogDawgs event tomorrow I will try to make it there over lunch.  If it is the last one, please tell me so I can coordinate making sure I get there.

BANDANNA'S in case it's cool outside and you can't see the pink t-shirts due to jackets

Bandanna's, like the t-shirts, are used to help us see our team mates from a distance. Last year, I had a pink bandanna tied on my backpack. While folks behind me knew I was from SETX, those in front did not. I am going to wear two this year to make it easier to spot me from any direction.

For those of you (us) who didn't order/want a t-shirt, I will be purchasing some of the neon pink bandanna's which I'll bring to the meeting Sunday and sell for purchase price of $1.

If you would send me a PM to give me an idea if you would like one or more, it will help determine the purchase quantity. I'll be picking them up tomorrow afternoon or Saturday.

Tealcat and I can't participate in the Texas Challenge this year, but is it too late to order a couple of shirts?

I think I heard that GSGURU ordered some extras.  Check with her if they are spoken for.
