Question of the day (I'm checking to see if FSH) reads this thread.
How many legs does a dog have?
Sorry if I'm hijacking this, it won't go any farther.

Not so well??  :what???:  I love these.  Definitely character but quality too.  O0  I have to take 30 or 40 pictures to get just one this nice. Thanks for feeding the doggie addiction.  :)

Daughter wants to know what kind of dog Mouse is.  He looks so much like our Ringo that it's kind of spooky.

I have such a hard time getting in focus action shots on the D80. Got some new hardware over the weekend. So far I'm pretty happy with it.

Ever see an 80lb lab pounce like a puppy... ?

Yes I have.  They are an insane breed - that's why I love them.

I have had two black labs.  Something in their genetics makes it hilarious to themselves to be offleash at night (the darker the sky the better), and charge at you at full speed, only to miss you by inches as they turn around gracefully to do it over and over again.  You can almost hear them laughing as they pass by.

Are these with the D80 or D90?

The last two above this post were from the D90. They have been edited quite a bit in Lightroom though. So I wouldn't hold the quality of the D90 against those pictures.

Breeze and Raine got their yearly shots today. I found out that the vet's scale was off from the last visit. Breeze weighed in at 75lbs and Raine at 74lbs today. When they sleep on my legs they sure do feel much heavier...

Straight off the D90 no editing outside of a small crop.

It looks like Raine is "laughing" in most of those pictures, especially when playing tug-o-war with Breeze.

Here you go Scott... Straight off the D90... No editing other than jacking with the settings on the camera... I think this so far is my favorite picture.

That picture is great but deceiving.  He looks like a little puppy instead of a 74 lb puppy!
